The Arizona Board of Physical Therapy licenses and certifies qualified applicants as physical therapists and physical therapist assistants. In addition, Business Entity Registration is required for business entities that offer physical therapy services when the entity is not completely owned by Arizona licensed healthcare professionals or the entity is not otherwise regulated by the State of Arizona.
